What is BitterBartenders.com?
It's a web site dedicated to bartenders and their patrons.
A blog for bartenders to post their frustrations, crazy customer stories and wonders of the night.
Separately, there will be a list of the publications in your city where bars and restaurants are reviewed. Next to each of the publications there will be the name and picture of the reviewer, so bartenders can write in anonymously about their experiences with that reviewer. (This will give the bartenders a platform to either seek revenge on, or praise, the corresponding reviewer.)
In addition to the blog, there will be information describing proper bar, club, and dining etiquette for patrons, bartenders and servers.
There will also be top drinks, favorite spots, new bars and restaurants, reviews of new or interesting spirits, and anything else that may be of interest to bartenders.
I believe the web site will develop and grow according to its participants, and any one can join. If you are a viewer and wish to get involved, you can join to voice your opinions on any topic.
Bartenders will register different than patrons, to tell them apart but any posts can be anonymous...
